Certain training is required to be performed by all Auxiliarists during their first year of enrollment and then once every five years thereafter.  Currently some courses are in redesign and unavailable.  

Core Training Requirements

Required to be performed once every Five years

(1) 502319-Civil Rights Awareness
(2) 810030-Security Education & Training Awareness.
(3) 810015-Privacy Awareness.
(4) 810000-Prevention of Sexual Harassment.
(5) 502379-Workforce Resilience 

Required to be performed only once by all Auxiliarists (new members during their first year of enrollment):

(1) 502306-Ethics Training.

 

It is now also required that all Auxiliarists complete ICS 100 and 700.

The Auxiliary Learning Management System (LMS):

The Auxiliary LMS can be found at the following web site: https://auxlearning.uscg.mil 

It is the primary delivery method for Auxiliary mandated training. 

If you are looking to eventually become an elected officer you will also need to successfully complete the APC test which is based on the Auxiliary Manual. Go to the National Auxiliary testing center to take this open book test.

As noted earlier, some course content may not be available due to redesign.
